This was due to their diverse ideas and innovations. Visitors expressed their admiration for the students' capabilities, skills, and creativity, which brought these ideas to fruition and implemented such innovations.<p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>The College of Engineering's booth featured several projects, including the \"Bus\" project, which is a safety system for students in case one of them is left behind on the bus. It works by alerting the bus driver about the remaining number of students via an electronic chip carried by the student that records their entry and exit. This can be linked to an application to determine the student's location coordinates and whereabouts. Additionally, there was a second project titled \"Smart Glove,\" which allows for commands to be given through finger movements to perform specific tasks via a smartphone app and to request help in case of emergencies for people with special needs.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>Engineering students also presented a third project titled \"The Swimming Pool,\" which is based on closing the pool when not in use to protect children from falling into it, and facilitating the cleaning process of large debris by associating it with a secret code for opening and closing. In addition to the fourth project, which is a \"3D printing\" device that can print any piece in various sizes and details after designing it on SolidWorks software, either for use or for teaching purposes.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>The students presented a fifth project on the Slump Test, which is a test that measures the consistency of concrete after mixing and before pouring it on-site. It is used to determine the amount of water by measuring the amount of settlement in height. The sixth project introduced the \"Schmidt Hammer\" device, which is a device for measuring the elastic properties or strength of concrete, especially surface hardness and penetration resistance.
