Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Hadithi.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">His Highness valued, during his patronage of the campaign, the university's efforts, represented by its president and all its members, by providing its community services in all governorates of the region, and its pioneering role since the launch of its first campaign until this blessed campaign in the Quba center, praising the health, educational, and awareness programs and services provided to the people of this governorate, which is more than 150 km away from the university's main headquarters.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">His Highness the Prince of the region toured the participating pavilions, which presented educational, medical, health, and awareness programs for the people of Quba. He also viewed the special pavilion for educating youth about the dangers of drugs and harmful chemical substances like methamphetamine, and other substances. He also viewed the pavilion of the General Directorate for Narcotics Control in Qassim, which is participating at the campaign's headquarters in the Quba Celebrations Center.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">For his part, His Excellency the President of the university said: \u201dThe university has undertaken the continuation of its community responsibilities through many programs and activities it organizes in the governorates of the region. Among these purposeful programs is a continuous series of this campaign. The university held the first campaign in the Abanat Center, the second in the Aqlat Al-Suqoor Governorate, and the third in the Dhariyah Governorate. It then stopped due to the Corona pandemic, and now, praise be to God, the university, one hundred and fifty kilometers from its main center, is resuming this purposeful program in its essence and content. All these campaigns have been honored by the generous patronage, great interest, support, and encouragement from Your Highness, may God protect you.\".<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">Al-Dawood added that the university was keen on the diversity and comprehensiveness of the programs for this campaign, so that it would have a balanced share of religious, educational, medical services, health and nutritional awareness, and skill-based programs that target all segments of society. He noted that the preparation and equipping for this campaign began more than six months ago with the formation of multiple committees, numbering over fourteen main and executive committees with more than sixty members. The number of participants in implementing the campaign's programs reached about six hundred university faculty, staff, and students, to present more than two hundred and forty diverse programs and activities held at the main campaign headquarters, in addition to the mosques, schools, and government departments of the province. The university has undertaken all the costs of this campaign in belief of its pioneering role in social responsibility.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">He added: On this occasion, I am honored to extend sincere thanks and appreciation to our wise leadership - may God protect them - for the unlimited support that Qassim University enjoys. I also renew my thanks and appreciation to Your Highness for your support, interest, and follow-up on all university programs in general, and this campaign in particular, due to its positive impact on the Qassim region and its residents.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">Next, the head of the campaign's organizing committee, Professor Dr. Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Turki, spoke, saying: \u201cThe main goal of this campaign is to contribute to the citizen's quality of life, as emphasized by the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This is achieved by offering diverse programs that contribute to instilling positive values in citizens, strengthening the correct concept of loyalty and belonging to the homeland, and protecting the mind from negative influences and safeguarding thought from extremism and negligence. This is in addition to programs for self-development, skills enhancement, and the provision of medical and health services.\".<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">He added that the programs implemented in this campaign numbered 247, distributed across 16 fields: Sharia, educational, medical clinics, oral health and dentistry, health and nutrition awareness, and training and skill courses, in addition to laboratory programs, visual and radiological examination, physical therapy, and first aid. Sports and entertainment also had a share among these programs. The campaign also allocated a section to educate youth about the dangers of drugs and harmful chemical substances such as methamphetamine, among others, in addition to organizing a veterinary convoy to examine and treat livestock.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16pt;\">Al-Turki explained that the campaign implemented these programs at the main headquarters in the celebration center of Qibah, as well as in schools, mosques, and government departments in the center and its surroundings. He noted that the university had begun preparing for this campaign six months prior by forming more than 14 committees specialized in preparing diverse programs and events, arranging venues for their implementation, equipping training halls, arranging accommodation and meals for the program execution teams, and preparing publications and media coverage. A women's committee was also formed to oversee women's programs and monitor their execution.
