Introduction<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Qassim University has given electronic participation the highest priority, as it allows the beneficiary freedom of expression, the submission of suggestions, and the sharing of opinions on topics falling under the university's purview. It also ensures the beneficiary's information privacy.<\/p>\n

The university is working to follow up on and review all submissions before they are published, in accordance with relevant official regulations, as well as to elevate the level of dialogue. This is done while taking into full consideration freedom of participation and providing an opportunity for everyone to convey their voices to officials.<\/p>\n

The university has the full right to publish or delete what it deems conflicts with its policy or the laws in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its interaction and participation with official websites, and without any obligation to do so. The university, through its employees or representatives, is not legally responsible for any comments or remarks published through its electronic means.<\/p>\n

2. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

In its keenness to be part of the decision-making process, Qassim University - believing in the importance of stakeholder participation and listening to their opinions and ideas that serve all projects and initiatives adopted by the university now and in the future - allows visitors to its website and all social media platforms to submit their best suggestions, information, and serious opinions aimed at increasing work efficiency. .<\/p>\n

Electronic Participation Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Commitment to comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

Discuss the participation seriously, objectively, and concisely.<\/p>\n

3. Absolutely refrain from publishing personal data, such as names, contact information, and addresses.<\/p>\n

4. Present the participation plan clearly.<\/p>\n

5. Refraining from misusing university systems in a way that negatively affects their performance, response time, or continuity.<\/p>\n

6. Absolutely refrain from writing any offensive or unethical statements.<\/p>\n

3. Objectives of E-Participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Promote the concept of transparency regarding what matters to beneficiaries of information, through surveys, blogs, and polls, and by publishing the results from all those channels.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Providing a number of electronic participation channels and facilitating their use by providing direct links to them and displaying a comprehensive description for each.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Enhancing the beneficiary's role for greater interaction and participation in decision-making and in improving and raising the quality of government services.<\/p>\n

4. Stages of e-participation in decision-making:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Phase 1, introducing the topic:<\/p>\n

The university publishes topics that are submitted to the target audience or to the public, and requests electronic participation in decision-making through:<\/p>\n

Website.<\/p>\n

Media.<\/p>\n

Phase Two, Collecting Electronic Submissions:<\/p>\n

\u2022 When a topic is raised, you can share your opinion in accordance with the aforementioned controls and provisions.<\/p>\n

\u2022 After the specified participation period ends, the university will close submissions for this topic.<\/p>\n

Stage three, analysis of submissions:<\/p>\n

At this stage, contributions are sorted and analyzed, and the appropriate ones are used in decision-making and policy formulation.<\/p>\n
