It includes the key aspects of evacuation procedures, escape routes, emergency exits, occupancy capacity, gathering areas, evacuation of persons with disabilities, and periodic evacuation experiences, along with the introduction to the types of fire extinguishers and their usage methods, and the procedure to be followed in the event of a fire outbreak. It also includes instructions for maintaining calm, not using elevators during emergencies, heading to designated assembly points, and adhering to the safety teams\u2019 instructions and not returning to the building until the danger has passed. The target group consists of all university employees, including staff, faculty members, and students, as well as visitors, contractors, and emergency response teams, contributing to the standardization of procedures and enhancing a culture of safety and effective preparedness for various emergency situations. This document serves as an educational and organizational reference that helps beneficiaries learn about the procedures to be followed before and during emergencies, supports rapid response and coordination with relevant authorities, and enhances a continuous understanding of basic safety requirements within university buildings, thereby creating a safer and more organized environment for all facility occupants.
