Accreditation Documentation Guide Summary<\/strong>M-108<\/strong> \u2013 2025 Edition)<\/strong>

The Accreditation Documents Guide (2025 Edition \u2013 V2.1) issued by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission and the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) provides a comprehensive index of approved documents, forms, and standards for quality assurance in higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, divided into 4 main axes:<\/p>

  1. Institutional accreditation documents:<\/strong> It specializes in evaluating and developing the comprehensive performance of the institution. It includes standards and indicators (DI-100, DI-101) and the documents required for the visit (DI-102), progress and self-study forms (TI-100, TI-102), in addition to improvement plans and responses to recommendations (TI-107, TI-109), compliance reports, substantive changes, basic data, and periodic follow-up (TI-111, TI-113, TI-114, TI-115).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Program accreditation documents (Bachelor's):<\/strong> It covers the operational frameworks for bachelor's programs. It includes accreditation standards and indicators (DP-100, DP-101), the self-study report (TP-102), alignment templates with the National Qualifications Framework for levels 4, 5, and 6 (TP-150), and specialized standards (DP-103, TP-157). It also includes specifications and reports for programs, courses, and field experience (TP-151 to TP-156), as well as the learning outcomes measurement verification template (TP-158).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Programmatic Accreditation Documents (Graduate Studies):<\/strong> Dedicated to Master's and Doctoral programs. It includes accreditation standards and indicators (DPG-100, DPG-101), the self-study report (TPG-102), the alignment of the National Qualifications Framework for levels 7 and 8 (TPG-150), in addition to program and course specifications and reports for annual management and periodic monitoring (TPG-151 to TPG-154).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
