Princess Noura bint Mohammed, wife of the Emir of Qassim, praised the creativity of students, assistants and faculty members at the College of Designs and Home Economics in Buraydah.
This came during her visit to the new expansion building, which includes the college administration, galleries for each department and classrooms, where she was briefed by the dean of the college, Dr. Fatima bint Muhammad Al-Furaihi, on the details of the building and the contents of the galleries.
Her Highness also visited the exhibition of the college's female assistants and the family education center organized by the Family Association for Marriage and Family Welfare.
The wife of the Emir of Qassim recorded her admiration for the college and considered it an honorable facade and a bright scientific beacon in the sky of the region and the Kingdom in general, as it reflects the ability of the daughters of the homeland to create and shine in the wonderful artistic paintings, fashion design, weaving, nutrition and food science, thanking the dean of the college and all its employees, including faculty, employees and students, wishing them success to continue their excellence that the country is proud of.
For her part, the Dean of the College, Dr. Fatima Al-Furaihi, appreciated Her Highness's visit and her words of encouragement.
On the same level, a number of leaders of the women's colleges at Qassim University and many women of the community visited the college building and its exhibitions, expressing their happiness with the wonderful touches that reflect the brilliance and excellence of the college.
