Overview

Recognizing the importance of the Administrative Communication Department and its important and vital role to serve all university entities, we seek to develop administrative work and transfer it from the traditional procedure to advanced work by using modern technology that facilitates procedural work and shortens the time, time and effort, and we will do our best to promote the administration, setting our goal to satisfy all university affiliates by delivering their mail and transactions, and we are happy to communicate with everyone to provide our services to them in the best way.

Mission

Recording, preserving and directing the flow of incoming and outgoing transactions in a way that facilitates follow-up, according to a plan to organize the archives and work to develop them on an ongoing basis to enhance the administrative communication system in all units using the latest technology.

Objectives

1. Receiving all incoming correspondence, receiving it and referring it to the competent departments.
2. Classify, encode, and retrieve the papers and files of all transactions.
3. Organize and continuously develop portfolios.
4. Receive and receive all outgoing correspondence and take prompt action to send it to the competent authorities inside and outside the Kingdom.
5. Full supervision of the INJAZ program and all related systems.
6. Receiving and registering external mail from Saudi Post.
7. Sending and receiving the Ministry of Education's external issuance through the (my business) system, receiving all outgoing correspondence, receiving it and taking quick action to send it to the competent authorities inside and outside the Kingdom.
8. Providing information and data to all sectors and units of the university.
9. Apply quality standards to communication and documentation systems.
10. Save all transactions and documents electronically for easy reference.
11. Supply the transactions received by the university from government agencies and customers.
12. Work on linking the current system with all government agencies through a unified system to be electronic transactions.
13. Upgrade the system to a newer version.
14. Develop a reporting system.
